next year!

Friday, December 5, 2014

ok, I'm gonna go ahead and say it -- I cannot believe this year is almost over!  -- there, now that that is out of the way, I can tell you I've been looking forward to 2015 for quite a while.  I've been making a list in my head of all the things I want to do in the upcoming year. Wether because I didn't get to do them this year or because they are things that need to happen, it is exciting to think of all the great possibilities of 2015.   So I thought fitting to put to pen some of these dreams & to-do's making them tangible, not just sweetly floating around in my head.

in twenty fifteen!.....

Run: on the boardwalk at the oceanfront-- at Mount Trashmore -- on the Dismal Swamp trail

Fix up my husbands office at work

Challenge myself & set new running goals

Out of town girls weekends in Wilmington & Raleigh!

Take my husband out for lunch/dinner

Look into becoming a Yoga/Bodyflow instructor -- for real!

Have a Mom & Daughter weekend

Attend a wine & design at Whole Foods

Shop the outlets in the OBX or Williamsburg

Spend Summer afternoons at the beach-- with friends & without

Babysit my godson! lots.

Start the adventure of renovating our house!

Get a food processor-- use it! Try new recipes & old.

Try a few weekend & night classes at the gym.

Clean out our horrid garage- get rid of the crap/furniture!

Transform our office space into something else ;)

Be in touch-- with friends, my family, Chris' family, siblings...I need to be better about this.  It is a flaw of mine I am deeply embarrassed by.

Church search.  Find one fitting for us & start going!
and so its December again --  the last chapter of this 12 month book of the only 2014 we get! so lets make it a great one, shall we!

What are you looking forward to in the upcoming year!?

  1. Oh I am also horrible at keeping up with friends that don't live nearby. I really need to get better about it as well.
